Led by Chef Brock Clonchmore, Albura will be serving up delicious tacos that pair perfectly with your favorite beers! There are options for everyone, including vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters. At Albura Taqueria, we believe that fresh is best, which is why we source locally as often as possible. Our menu features Maryland-grown vegetables and bison raised on spent grain from Sapwood Cellars’ brewing program. We can’t wait to help you explore our options and find your next favorite taco!

Taste of Our Menu

Frontier

Maryland Bow Tie Farm Ground bison fed on the spent grain from Sapwood Cellars! Bison, Salsa, Mixed Cheese, Pico, and Lettuce.

Chicken Tinga

Chicken, Queso Fresco, Cilantro Lime Crema, and Pickeled Red Onion. 

Carnitas

Pork, Pineapple, Pickled Red Onion, Cilantro, Salsa Verde, and Cotija. 

Mushroom Asada

Asada Marinated Oyster Mushrooms, Cabbage, Salsa Verde, Pepita Pesto, and Ciltantro.

Are there rooms available for private events?

We have a range of options for your event including pushing a few tables together, our Barrel Room for private events of 20-25 people, private event room that can hold 40-60 people, and taking over the entire tasting room! We have a minimum hourly tab we’ll set depending on the day, time, and number of people. Please contact info@sapwoodcellars.com or call us for more details. Please include the number of people, desired date/time, and any other details! 

Can I bring my own food?

No outside food is allowed with the opening of Albura Taqueria. 

What times will the kitchen be open?

While we are settling in please follow us on social media (Sapwood Cellars and Albura Taqueria) for real time updates on kitchen hours. The kitchen will take its last orders 1 hour before closing time. We recommend arriving with enough time to enjoy your meal! 

Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are welcome outside on our patio, but only service animals will be permitted inside the taproom.

Can I make reservations?

We are currently not taking reservations. However, if you have a large group, please email info@sapwoodcellars to ensure we can accommodate you.

Do you have vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Yes, we have a variety of vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free dishes. Please ask your server for more details upon arriving.

Gluten Free – Currently all the items are gluten free except the Elote Corn Fritters and Kids Dilla!

Vegan – The current vegan/vegetarian items are:

  • Charred Brussel Sprouts (vegan)
  • Nachos (vegetarian)
  • Mushroom Asada (vegan)
  • Fried Avocado (vegan)
  • Refried Beans (vegan)
I have a food allergy. Can you accommodate that?
Certainly! We can leave off menu items from particular dishes if you have allergies; be sure to ask a server/bartender.

 

Do you offer takeout or delivery?
We currently do not offer takeout or delivery services for our food.
